Affiliate Program

Love NoMas and know women who'd love it too? Our affiliate program lets creators, coaches, wellness professionals, and publishers earn a commission when they refer customers to NoMas Supplements. These terms are part of our Terms & Conditions and apply to every affiliate.

How It Works

  1. Apply by emailing [SUPPORT EMAIL] with the subject line "Affiliate Application." Include your name, website or social channels, audience size, and how you plan to promote NoMas.
  2. If approved, you'll receive a unique tracking link and access to approved creative and copy.
  3. You earn a commission on qualifying sales made through your link. Commission rates, cookie duration, and payout schedule are provided in your affiliate agreement. [CONFIRM]
  4. Commissions on orders that are refunded or charged back are reversed.

We review every application and may decline or end any affiliate relationship at our discretion.

FTC Disclosure Requirements

The Federal Trade Commission's Endorsement Guides require you to clearly disclose your relationship with us. Every affiliate must:

  • Disclose that you earn a commission (or received free product) in every post, video, email, or page that promotes NoMas, using plain words such as "I earn a commission if you buy through my link" or "#ad" or "#NoMasPartner"
  • Place the disclosure where people will see it before they click: near the top of a post, in the video itself (spoken and on screen), and not hidden behind "more" links or buried among hashtags
  • Only share honest opinions and real experiences. If you haven't tried the product, don't say you have.
  • Never present typical results as guaranteed or make up testimonials

Prohibited Claims

NoMas products are dietary supplements. You may only use structure/function language that matches our approved claims (for example, "supports hot flash comfort*" or "supports restful sleep*"), along with the FDA disclaimer. You may not:

  • Claim that any NoMas product treats, cures, prevents, or diagnoses any disease or medical condition (for example, osteoporosis, chronic insomnia, depression, diabetes, or cancer)
  • Make any weight loss claims, including specific pounds, inches, or "melts fat" style language
  • Claim NoMas replaces hormone therapy or any prescription medication, or tell people to stop taking medication
  • Promise specific results or timeframes
  • Use before-and-after body images
  • Use fake scarcity, fake news-style pages, or false celebrity or doctor endorsements
  • Shame people about their bodies, age, or appearance

Every promotion that includes a health-related statement must include: *These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Prohibited Promotion Methods

  • No spam. No unsolicited emails, texts, direct messages, or comment spam. All email promotion must comply with CAN-SPAM, and all texting must comply with the TCPA. See our Anti-Spam Policy.
  • No trademark bidding. Do not bid on "NoMas," "NoMas Pause," "NoMas Supplements," or any misspellings or variations in paid search, and do not use our trademarks in domain names, social handles, or ad display URLs. [CONFIRM]
  • No cookie stuffing, forced clicks, or misleading redirects
  • No coupon sites or incentivized traffic unless approved in writing
  • No listing our products on Amazon, eBay, or other marketplaces
  • No altering our logos, label images, or approved creative

Enforcement

Violating these terms may result in immediate removal from the program, forfeiture of unpaid commissions, and any other remedies available to us. We monitor affiliate promotions and may ask you to edit or remove content at any time.
