Anti-Spam Policy

Nobody likes an inbox full of noise, and we're not interested in adding to it. [COMPANY LEGAL NAME] ("NoMas Supplements") has a zero-tolerance policy on spam. We only send marketing messages to people who asked for them, and we make it easy to stop at any time.

Our Commitments

  • We only send marketing emails and texts to people who have opted in through our website, checkout, or popup forms.
  • We never buy, rent, or borrow email or phone lists.
  • We never sell, rent, or share your email address or mobile number with third parties for their marketing.
  • Transactional messages (receipts, shipping updates, account notices) are sent because you placed an order or created an account.

Email: CAN-SPAM Compliance

Our emails comply with the U.S. CAN-SPAM Act. Every marketing email we send:

  • Clearly identifies NoMas Supplements as the sender, with accurate "From," "Reply-To," and routing information
  • Uses subject lines that honestly reflect the content of the message
  • Identifies itself as an advertisement or promotion where required
  • Includes our valid physical postal address: [STREET ADDRESS], [CITY, STATE ZIP]
  • Includes a clear, working unsubscribe link

How to unsubscribe from email: click "Unsubscribe" at the bottom of any marketing email, or email [SUPPORT EMAIL] with "Unsubscribe" in the subject line. We process requests immediately and always within 10 business days. You'll still receive transactional emails about orders you place.

Text Messages: TCPA and CTIA Compliance

We follow the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CTIA Messaging Principles and Best Practices, and carrier A2P 10DLC requirements.

  • We send automated marketing texts only to people who gave express written consent by checking an unchecked opt-in box or completing an opt-in form that clearly explains the program.
  • Consent to receive texts is never a condition of purchase.
  • We keep records of when and how you opted in.
  • We send marketing texts only at reasonable hours (between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM in your local time zone) and respect applicable state quiet-hour and frequency rules.
  • We scrub against internal opt-out lists and honor opt-out requests made by any reasonable means.

Our Partners and Affiliates

Affiliates who promote NoMas are prohibited from sending spam, unsolicited emails, or unsolicited texts. Violations result in immediate termination and forfeiture of commissions. See our Affiliate Program terms.

Report Spam

If you believe you received a message from us (or someone claiming to be us) that you did not sign up for, please tell us. Forward the message or a screenshot to [SUPPORT EMAIL] with "Spam Report" in the subject line, or call [SUPPORT PHONE]. We'll investigate, remove you from all lists, and take action against any affiliate or third party involved.
