Our 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee

You have 60 days from the date your order is delivered to request a refund on any supplement you bought from us, including NoMas Pause and any products you added through our one-click offers (NoMas Sleepless, NoMas Fragile, and NoMas Wrinkles).

Opened bottles are accepted. You can return opened, partially used, or empty bottles. We'd rather you give the product a fair try than leave it sealed in a drawer. [CONFIRM]

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email us at [SUPPORT EMAIL] or call [SUPPORT PHONE] within 60 days of delivery. Include your name, order number, and the email used at checkout.
  2. We'll reply within 1 to 2 business days with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions.
  3. Ship the bottles (opened or unopened) to the return address below, with your RA number written clearly on the outside of the package.
  4. Once the return arrives at our warehouse, we'll process your refund.

Please do not send returns to our business address. Packages sent without an RA number may be delayed.

Refund Timeline

  • Refunds are processed within 5 business days after your return is received. [CONFIRM]
  • Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe.
  • Depending on your bank, it can take another 5 to 10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
  • We'll email you when your refund has been issued.

Shipping Costs on Returns

Original shipping is free, so there is nothing to deduct. Return shipping is paid by you, and we recommend using a trackable service, since we can't refund packages that never reach us. [CONFIRM: whether a prepaid return label will be offered]

Digital Courses

  • "The NoMas Pause 90-Day Playbook" ($17 order bump): fully refundable within 60 days of purchase. Just email us, no return needed. Your member area access to the course will be removed once the refund is issued.
  • Free companion courses ("The NoMas Sleep Reset," "Strong After 45," and "The NoMas Glow Routine") are included at no cost with 3-bottle offers, so they have no separate refund value. If you return the bottles from that offer, access to the companion course may be removed.

One-Click Offers

Products you accepted on our post-purchase pages are covered by the same 60-day guarantee, measured from the date they were delivered. Each offer was a separate one-time charge, so you can return just one item and keep the rest. The refund covers the price you paid for the items you return.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement at no cost, and you won't need to return anything. See our Shipping Policy for lost packages.

Exceptions

  • Requests made more than 60 days after delivery
  • Products bought from unauthorized sellers or marketplaces (please request a refund from that seller)
  • Orders showing a pattern of repeated refunds or abuse, at our reasonable discretion

Chargebacks

Please talk to us before contacting your bank. We process guarantee refunds quickly, and a refund from us is usually faster than a dispute. If you file a chargeback for an order that is eligible under this policy, we may respond to the dispute with your order records, and we may pause future orders on that account until it is resolved. If a chargeback is filed and a refund was also issued, the duplicate amount may be recovered. None of this limits any rights you have under law.
