2. Our Products

NoMas Supplements sells dietary supplements, including NoMas Pause, NoMas Sleepless, NoMas Fragile, and NoMas Wrinkles, along with companion digital video courses. Product descriptions, images, and ingredient lists are provided as accurately as we can. Always read the product label before use. If the label and our website differ, the label controls.

3. Orders, Pricing, and Payment

Prices. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. NoMas Pause is sold in 2-bottle, 3-bottle, and 6-bottle bundles at the prices shown at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders already accepted.
One-time purchases only. Every purchase is a one-time charge. We do not enroll you in a subscription, auto-ship, or recurring billing program. You will never be charged again unless you place a new order yourself.
Payment processing. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your full card number on our servers.
Order acceptance. Your order is an offer to buy. We may refuse or cancel any order (for example, for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues). If we cancel after charging you, we will refund you in full.
Taxes. You are responsible for any applicable sales tax, which will be shown at checkout.
Errors. We try hard to avoid typos in pricing or descriptions. If an error occurs, we may correct it and give you the choice to confirm the corrected order or cancel for a full refund.

4. Order Bump and One-Click Upsells

During checkout, you may see an optional add-on (an "order bump"), such as "The NoMas Pause 90-Day Playbook" digital course for $17. It is only added if you check the box.

After your initial purchase, you may be shown additional one-time offers (for example, NoMas Sleepless, NoMas Fragile, or NoMas Wrinkles). These offers are one-click purchases. When you click the button to accept an offer, the price shown on that page will be charged immediately to the same payment method you used for your original order, without re-entering your card details. If you do not want an offer, simply click the "No thanks" link and you will not be charged for it.

Each accepted offer is a separate one-time charge. None of them start a subscription. Products from accepted offers ship with your original order whenever possible and are covered by the same 60-day money-back guarantee described in our Refund Policy.

5. Shipping

We offer free shipping on all bundle orders within the United States. Orders are fulfilled by our third-party fulfillment partner. Details on processing times, delivery estimates, and lost or damaged packages are in our Shipping Policy. Title and risk of loss pass to you when your order is delivered to the carrier.

6. 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may request a refund within 60 days of delivery, as explained in our Refund Policy.

7. Digital Courses and Member Area

Some purchases include, or are, digital video courses (such as "The NoMas Pause 90-Day Playbook," "The NoMas Sleep Reset," "Strong After 45," and "The NoMas Glow Routine"). These are delivered through our online member area.

License. When you buy or receive a course, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view it for your own non-commercial use.
Restrictions. You may not copy, download (unless we offer a download), share your login, resell, redistribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from course content.
Access. We aim to keep courses available, but we may update, reorganize, or retire content. If we permanently discontinue a course you paid for separately within 12 months of purchase, contact us and we will work with you on a fair remedy.
Account security. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials private. Let us know right away at [SUPPORT EMAIL] if you suspect unauthorized access.

Important caution about DHEA and certain botanicals

NoMas Pause contains DHEA, a hormone precursor, along with botanicals such as black cohosh, red clover, dong quai, wild yam, chasteberry, and DIM that may have hormone-related activity. 10. SMS / Text Message Program Terms

These terms apply to our text message program, NoMas Alerts. The same terms are also available on our standalone SMS Terms page.

Program description. By opting in to NoMas Alerts, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from NoMas Supplements at the mobile number you provided. Messages may include order confirmations and shipping updates, account and customer service notices, and recurring marketing and promotional offers (such as discounts, new product announcements, and reminders).
Consent is not a condition of purchase. You do not have to agree to receive texts in order to buy anything from us. Opting in is optional and separate from your purchase.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies. You will receive up to 8 marketing messages per month, plus transactional messages related to your orders and account (such as order confirmation and shipping updates).
Costs. Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your plan.
How to opt out. Reply STOP to any message to cancel at any time. You will receive one confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed, and after that you will receive no further messages from NoMas Alerts unless you opt in again.
